National Write a Letter to an Elder Day!

Do you know an elderly person who would enjoy receiving a letter from a child or individual in our community?  Brighten someone's day just by taking the time to write a letter.  Everyone looks forward to mail, and this simple activity can mean the world to another individual.  

Come to the library (during school break) on Monday, February 26 from 10:00-11:30.  We'll have materials for you to use.  Pencils, pens, markers, paper, and envelopes.  You do the rest!

If you know an elderly person who you think would like to receive a letter, nominate them by giving their name and address, along with a little information about them, ie. do they have a pet?  Do they have a hobby? Send your nomination to: programmer@wolfeboronh.us
